Twenty-four African countries have been cited for breach of the Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights (ACHPR) to establish an African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR).
The countries are: Angola, Botswana, Central African Republic, Cape Verde, Djibouti, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, and Ethiopia.[..]
