Zanzibar, 27 November 2019: The President of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, Hon Justice Sylvain Oré, has conveyed his heartfelt condolences following the death of Hon Justice Jean Mutsinzi, a former Judge of the Court, who also served as President of the Court from 2008-2010.

Arusha, 15 August 2019: The President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, H.E Emmerson Mnangagwa, has given assurance that Harare will ratify the Protocol establishing the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights.
