Arusha, 1 December 2025: The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR) will on Thursday, 4 December 2025 deliver two decisions, at the Seat of the Court in Arusha, United Republic of Tanzania.
The delivery of judgments will start from 10:30 AM (East African Time).
Decisions will be delivered in the following cases:
- Application 006/2012 – African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights vs Republic of Kenya (The Ogiek case)
- Application 061/2019 – Elyssa vs Republic of Tunisia
The delivery of judgments will follow a hybrid format, enabling participation either in-person or virtually. For virtual access, the following links will be used:
