The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR) extends warm season’s greetings and best wishes for the New Year 2026 to the Judges and staff of the Court, as well as to its stakeholders, partners and friends.
As the New Year begins, the Court does so at a particularly meaningful moment, as it approaches its 20th Anniversary.
This milestone marks two decades of advancing justice, protecting human and peoples’ rights and strengthening access to justice across Africa.
With this milestone ahead, the Court wishes all a peaceful holiday period and a New Year marked by renewed cooperation, goodwill and shared purpose.
