Take notice that the Court has extended time for filing of observations in the Request for Advisory Opinion No. 001 of 2024, on the compatibility of the death penalty with the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights, filed by the Pan African Lawyers Union.
The deadline for filing of the observations is 31 March 2026.
