Arusha, 28 May 2024: The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR) will on Tuesday, 4 June 2024 deliver judgements on five (5) cases, at the Seat of the Court in Arusha – Tanzania.
The delivery of judgements will start from 10:00 AM, marking the commencement of the 73rd Ordinary Session of the Court scheduled to run up to 28 June 2024.
Judgements will be delivered in the following cases:
- Dominick Damian v. United Republic of Tanzania
- Nzigiyimana Zabron v. United Republic of Tanzania
- Amadou Dembele and Others v. Republic of Mali
- Kabalabala Kadumbangula and Another v. United Republic of Tanzania
- Goh Taudier and Others v. Republic of Côte d’Ivoire

For all platforms, there will be simultaneous interpretation in Arabic, English, French and Kiswahili.
During the session, the Court will consider five (5) applications and deal with other administrative matters.
