Article 29
Notification of judgment
1. The parties to the case shall be notified of the judgment of the Court and it shall be transmitted to the Member States of the OAU and the Commission. 2. The Council of Ministers shall also be notified of the judgment and shall monitor its execution on behalf of the Assembly.
