Implementation II: the role of the Commission
The Commission shall: (a) Act as the central coordinating structure for the implementation of this Charter; (b) Assist State Parties in implementing the Charter; (c) Coordinate evaluation on implementation of the Charter with other key organs of the Union including the Pan-African Parliament, the Peace and Security Council, the African Human Rights Commission, the African Court of Justice and Human Rights, the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, the Regional Economic Communities and appropriate national- level structures.
