Any resulting order shall be subject to the General Conditions of Contract for Purchase Orders (attached) except were modified by this Request for Quotations (RFQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Section A:<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Request for Quotation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Description of Services and Location: Provision of Car Wash Services for the African Court on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights in Arusha, Tanzania.<\/li><li>Currency of Quotation: Tanzanian shilling (The United Nations operational exchange rate for the month of March 2022 will be used to convert the quotation received in foreign currency).<\/li><li>Services are to commence on 01 May 2022.<\/li><li>Quotations must be valid for Sixty (60) days.<\/li><li>Quotations and supporting documents as specified in Section B must be marked with the Procurement Number given above and indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions.<\/li><li>Quotations must be received, in sealed envelopes, no later than: <strong><u>17:00hrs<\/u><\/strong><strong> on <u>14 March 2022 (Arusha, Tanzania local time).<\/u><u><\/u><\/strong><\/li><li>Quotations must be returned to:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Email: <a href=\"mailto:tender@african-court.org\">tender@african-court.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(The maximum size of attachments is 25 MB.
