{"id":7952,"date":"2021-08-03T12:13:28","date_gmt":"2021-08-03T09:13:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.african-court.org\/afchpr\/40-avocats-vont-participer-a-une-formation-de-la-cour-africaine-a-arusha\/"},"modified":"2021-08-12T12:47:01","modified_gmt":"2021-08-12T09:47:01","slug":"40-avocats-vont-participer-a-une-formation-de-la-cour-africaine-a-arusha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.african-court.org\/afchpr\/40-avocats-vont-participer-a-une-formation-de-la-cour-africaine-a-arusha\/?lang=fr","title":{"rendered":"40 AVOCATS VONT PRENDRE PART \u00c0 UNE FORMATION DE LA COUR AFRICAINE \u00c0 ARUSHA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Arusha, le 03 ao\u00fbt 2021 <\/em><\/strong> : Une quarantaine d\u2019avocats inscrits aupr\u00e8s de la Cour africaine des droits de l\u2019homme et des peuples (CAfDHP) pour repr\u00e9senter les requ\u00e9rants indigents participeront \u00e0 une formation de trois jours (du 4 au 6 ao\u00fbt 2021) organis\u00e9e par la Cour en collaboration avec l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne au si\u00e8ge de la Cour \u00e0 Arusha (Tanzanie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de la quatri\u00e8me formation organis\u00e9e par la Cour depuis 2017. \u00c0 ce jour, la Cour a form\u00e9 plus de 110 avocats provenant de diverses parties du continent africain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Pr\u00e9sidente de la CAfDHP, l\u2019honorable Lady-Justice Imani Daud Aboud, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l\u2019objectif global de la formation est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer et de renforcer la capacit\u00e9 des avocats \u00e0 repr\u00e9senter efficacement les requ\u00e9rants devant la Cour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Les avocats seront \u00e9galement instruits du nouveau R\u00e8glement de la Cour et d\u2019autres proc\u00e9dures et aspects importants de la Cour \u00bb, a-t-elle ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE AUX R\u00c9DACTEURS EN CHEF :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. La CADHP a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en vertu de l\u2019article 1 du Protocole \u00e0 la Charte africaine des droits de l\u2019homme et des peuples portant cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une Cour africaine des droits de l\u2019homme et des peuples, pour compl\u00e9ter le mandat de protection de la Commission africaine des droits de l\u2019homme et des peuples, en vue de renforcer la protection des droits de l\u2019homme sur le continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La Cour est compos\u00e9e de onze juges, ressortissants des \u00c9tats membres de l\u2019Union africaine, \u00e9lus \u00e0 titre individuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
