Le Juge Tchikaya succ\u00e8de au Juge Ben Kioko du Kenya. <\/p>\n\n<p>La Session a commenc\u00e9 par la prestation de serment des deux Juges \u00e9lus lors de la 38\u00e8me Session ordinaire du Conseil ex\u00e9cutif, en f\u00e9vrier 2021. Il s&#8217;agit des Juges Dumisa Buhle Ntsebeza SC de la R\u00e9publique d\u2019Afrique du Sud et Sacko Modibo, de la R\u00e9publique du Mali. <\/p>\n\n<p>Les Juges examineront notamment plusieurs requ\u00eates pendant les quatre semaines de la Session.<\/p>\n\n<p>La Session sera \u00e9galement ponctu\u00e9e demain, 1 juin 2021, par le lancement officiel du Plan strat\u00e9gique 2021-2025 de la Cour.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dans le cadre du 15e anniversaire de la Cour, celle-ci a organis\u00e9 une retraite judiciaire des Juges qui se tiendra en ligne du 2 au 4 juin 2021.<\/p>\n\n<figure
