Este Regulamento substitui o Regulamento do Tribunal adoptado em 2010. <\/p>\n\n<p>O novo Regulamento visa refor\u00e7ar a efic\u00e1cia do Tribunal, nomeadamente, facilitando o acesso a este, melhorando a gest\u00e3o dos processos e assegurando uma melhor implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das decis\u00f5es do Tribunal.<\/p>\n\n<p>A vers\u00e3o electr\u00f3nica do Regulamento foi carregada na p\u00e1gina de internet do Tribunal nas l\u00ednguas francesa e inglesa (as vers\u00f5es \u00e1rabe e portuguesa ser\u00e3o carregadas em tempo oportuno).<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.african-court.org\/images\/Basic%20Documents\/Rules_of_Court_-_25_September_2020.pdf\">Novo regulamento do Tribunal Africano (25 de setembro de 2020)<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>NOTA PARA OS EDITORES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>1.
