Application 002\/2013\u2014African Commission on Human and Peoples\u2019\u00a0Rights v. Libya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Application 004\/2013\u2014Loh\u00e9 Issa Konat\u00e9 v. Republic of Burkina Faso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Application 007\/2013&#8211; Mohamed Abubakari v. United Republic\u00a0 of Tanzania<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Application 003\/2014\u2014Ingabire Victoire Umuhoza v. Republic of Rwanda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Application 001\/2012\u2014Frank David Omary v.United Republic of Tanzania<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The judgments and ruling will be delivered at the Kibo Hall at the AfCHPR premises at the Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA) building, Burka area, along Dodoma Road, at 10:00 am (East African time) and the public is warmly invited.\u00a0The judgments and ruling will also be live streamed via the link\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/original.livestream.com\/afchpr\">http:\/\/original.livestream.com\/afchpr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Judges, among others, during the session examined over 50 applications and four requests for Advisory Opinions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTES FOR EDITORS:<\/strong><br>1.\u00a0The Court is composed of eleven judges, nationals of Member States of the African Union elected in their individual capacity.<br>2.\u00a0The Court meets four times a year in Ordinary Sessions and may meet in Extra-Ordinary Session.<br>3.\u00a0Up to 31st May, 2016, the Court had received 102 applications of which 23 have been finalized.
