Il s\u2019agit de la Juge Bensaoula Chafika de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et de la Juge Chizumila Rose Tujilane du Malawi. Elles remplacent le Juge Fatsah Ouguergouz (Alg\u00e9rie) et le Juge Duncan Tambala (Malawi) dont le mandat a pris fin le 5 septembre 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les deux nouvelles Juges rejoignent leurs coll\u00e8gues, la Juge Tyam Ondo Mengue du Cameroun et la Juge Marie Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Mukamelisa du Rwanda, \u00e9lues au cours du 27e Sommet de l\u2019UA en Octobre 2016 \u00e0 Kigali au Rwanda, et la Juge Salomy Balungi Bossa de l\u2019Ouganda qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue en juin 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la premi\u00e8re fois de son histoire, cinq Juges de sexe f\u00e9minin si\u00e8geront \u00e0 la Cour qui se compose de 11 membres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019augmentation du nombre de juges de sexe f\u00e9minin r\u00e9pond \u00e0 l\u2019exigence de repr\u00e9sentation ad\u00e9quate des deux sexes, prescrite par les articles 12(2) et 14(3) du Protocole portant cr\u00e9ation de la Cour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les Juges de la Cour sont \u00e9lus pour une p\u00e9riode de six ans et sont r\u00e9\u00e9ligibles une seule fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de prestation de serment se tiendra le 6 mars 2017 \u00e0 partir de 10 heures au Si\u00e8ge de la Cour (Kibo Hall) situ\u00e9 au Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Conservation Centre (TANAPA), Dodoma Road \u00e0 Arusha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deux audiences publiques portant sur la requ\u00eate no003\/2014 \u2013 Victoire Umuhoza Ingabire c. R\u00e9publique du Rwanda et la requ\u00eate no012\/2015 \u2013 Anudo Ochieng Anudo c. R\u00e9publique Unie de Tanzanie se tiendront \u00e9galement pendant la session, les 16 et 17 mars respectivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de prestation de serment et les audiences publiques seront retransmises en direct par internet sur le lien&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/original.livestream.com\/afchpr\/\">http:\/\/original.livestream.com\/afchpr\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NOTE AUX R\u00c9DACTEURS EN CHEF<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>1. La Cour est compos\u00e9e de onze juges, ressortissants des \u00c9tats membres de l\u2019Union africaine et \u00e9lus \u00e0 titre personnel.<br>2. La Cour tient quatre sessions ordinaires par an et peut tenir des sessions extraordinaires.<br>3.
