R\u00e9publique du Kenya, le &nbsp;vendredi (26 mai 2017) \u00e0 son si\u00e8ge sis \u00e0 Arusha (R\u00e9publique-Unie de Tanzanie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Requ\u00e9rante all\u00e8gue que l\u2019\u00c9tat d\u00e9fendeur a viol\u00e9 les droits et libert\u00e9s de la communaut\u00e9 Ogiek, notamment pour avoir expuls\u00e9 de force les Ogiek de la for\u00eat de Mau, leur terroir ancestral o\u00f9 ils vivaient depuis les temps imm\u00e9moriaux et qui est primordiale pour leur survie.<br>La R\u00e9publique du Kenya r\u00e9fute les all\u00e9gations de la Requ\u00e9rante et soutient que la Cour n\u2019est pas comp\u00e9tente pour conna\u00eetre de la requ\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La Cour rendra \u00e9galement des avis consultatifs sur les demandes introduites par Socio Economic Rights Accountability Project (SERAP) et La Rencontre africaine pour la d\u00e9fense des droits de l\u2019homme (RADDHO).<br>Le grand public est convi\u00e9 \u00e0 assister \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement qui se tiendra \u00e0 partir de 09 heures (heure d\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Est) dans la salle Kibo, au Si\u00e8ge de la Cour situ\u00e9 dans les locaux du Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Conservation Centre (TANAPA), Burka area, sur la route de Dodoma.<br>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement sera retransmis en direct par internet sur le lien&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/original.livestream.com\/afchpr\/\">http:\/\/original.livestream.com\/afchpr\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE AUX R\u00c9DACTEURS EN CHEF<br>1.
