Arusha, 2 mai 2018 : La Cour africaine des droits de l\u2019homme et des peuples (CAfDHP) organise des audiences publiques relatives \u00e0 trois requ\u00eates \u00e0 son si\u00e8ge sis \u00e0 Arusha, R\u00e9publique-Unie de Tanzanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(i) Requ\u00eate n\u00b0001\/2017 – Alfred Agbesi Woyome c. R\u00e9publique du Ghana (8 mai 2018).
Le Requ\u00e9rant all\u00e8gue avoir fourni des services d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie financi\u00e8re \u00e0 l’\u00c9tat d\u00e9fendeur en vertu d’un accord visant \u00e0 la mobilisation des fonds devant servir \u00e0 la r\u00e9habilitation des stades d\u2019Accra et de Kumasi en vue du tournoi de la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations de 2008. Le Requ\u00e9rant all\u00e8gue que, pour n\u2019avoir pas respect\u00e9 les termes de l’accord, l’\u00c9tat d\u00e9fendeur a viol\u00e9 ses droits inscrits dans la Charte.

(ii) Requ\u00eate n\u00b0013\/2017 – S\u00e9bastien Germain Ajavon c. B\u00e9nin (9 mai 2018).
Le Requ\u00e9rant all\u00e8gue que l’\u00c9tat d\u00e9fendeur a viol\u00e9 ses droits en retirant son permis de douane et en brouillant les signaux de ses stations de radio et de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision. Le Requ\u00e9rant all\u00e8gue en outre que le proc\u00e8s intent\u00e9 contre lui par le minist\u00e8re public et les services douaniers b\u00e9ninois dans l’affaire du trafic de coca\u00efne n’\u00e9tait pas \u00e9quitable.

M. Guehi, un ressortissant ivoirien, d\u00e9clar\u00e9 coupable et condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 mort pour le meurtre de son \u00e9pouse, conteste la condamnation au motif qu’elle a viol\u00e9 son droit \u00e0 un proc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable.
