Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue Juge \u00e0 la Cour africaine pour un mandat de six ans, lors du 27e sommet de l\u2019UA tenu en juillet 2016 \u00e0 Kigali, Rwanda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Juge Mukamulisa est titulaire de dipl\u00f4mes acad\u00e9miques, dont :<br>Un Master en \u00c9tudes et Pr\u00e9vention du G\u00e9nocide, un LLB (Bachelor of Laws), une Licence en Droit et un Dipl\u00f4me d\u2019Humanit\u00e9s Economiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le plan professionnel, elle est Juge \u00e0 la Cour supr\u00eame du Rwanda depuis 2003 et est membre du Conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la Justice du Rwanda depuis 2015. La Juge Mukamulisa a \u00e9galement occup\u00e9 les postes suivants : Commissaire \u00e0 la Commission constitutionnelle du Rwanda, Secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutive et Conseiller juridique du Conseil de Concertation des Organisation d\u2019Appui aux initiatives de Base (CCOAIB) et Professeur \u00e0 temps partiel \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 nationale du Rwanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle est l\u2019auteur de plusieurs publications notamment :<br>i. Le droit d\u2019\u00eatre jug\u00e9 sans retard indu : une \u00e9valuation de la dur\u00e9e des proc\u00e8s de g\u00e9nocide et leur conformit\u00e9 aux normes internationales \u00e9tablies (the right to be tried without undue delay: an assessment of the length of Genocide proceedings and their conformity to international due process standards\u2019)<br>ii. l\u2019effectivit\u00e9 du droit au d\u00e9veloppement, et<br>iii. les droits et devoirs respectifs des \u00e9poux en droit rwandais.<br>Le Juge Mukamulisa \u00e0 particip\u00e9 \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes conf\u00e9rences et s\u00e9minaires internationaux et nationaux et elle est membre du R\u00e9seau international des Juges de La Haye.
