Justice Githu Muigai holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and was called to the bar in 1985. He also holds a Master’s Degree in International Law from Columbia University School of Law, New York and a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law from the University of Nairobi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a member of the American Association of Trial Lawyers. In addition to law practice, he is an Associate Professor of Public Law at the School of Law of the University of Nairobi. He specialises in public law, human rights and transnational legal practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
