Partial Quotations may be rejected, and the Purchaser reserves the right to award a contract for selected items only. Any resulting order shall be subject to the General Conditions of Contract for Purchase Orders (attached) except where modified by this Request for Quotations (RFQ).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Deadline: 14th June 2026<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S<\/strong><strong>ECTION <\/strong><strong>A: R<\/strong><strong>EQUEST FOR <\/strong><strong>Q<\/strong><strong>UOTATION<\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1) <\/strong>Description of the Goods: Library Books<br><strong>2) <\/strong>Currency of Quotation: United States Dollars (The United Nations operational exchange rate will be used to convert the quotation received in foreign currency).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3) <\/strong>Quotations should be based on:\u00a0For companies supplying from within the United Republic of Tanzania; Ex Works \u2013 insured and delivered to African Court on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights; or for companies supplying from outside of the Country specified for delivery; CIP to African Court on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights.\u00a0<br><strong>4) <\/strong>The delivery period required is Sixty (60) days from date of order.\u00a0<br><strong>5) <\/strong>Quotations must be valid for Ninety (90) days.\u00a0<br><strong>6) <\/strong>Quotations and supporting documents as specified in Section B must be marked with the Procurement Number above and indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions.\u00a0<br><strong>7) <\/strong>Quotations must be received, in sealed envelopes, no later than: <strong>18:00hrs on 14th June 2026 (Arusha, Tanzania local time).\u00a0<\/strong><br><strong>8) <\/strong>Quotations must be returned to:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email: tender@african-court.org&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(The maximum size of attachments is 25 MB.
