{"id":15875,"date":"2024-03-01T18:33:12","date_gmt":"2024-03-01T15:33:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.african-court.org\/afchpr\/?p=15875"},"modified":"2024-03-01T18:33:25","modified_gmt":"2024-03-01T15:33:25","slug":"request-for-quotations-janitorial-cleaning-and-hygiene-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.african-court.org\/afchpr\/request-for-quotations-janitorial-cleaning-and-hygiene-services\/","title":{"rendered":"REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS : JANITORIAL, CLEANING AND HYGIENE SERVICES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The African Court on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights invites you to submit your quotation for carrying out the services as described herein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S<\/strong><strong>ECTION <\/strong><strong>A: <\/strong><strong>R<\/strong><strong>EQUEST FOR <\/strong><strong>Q<\/strong><strong>UOTATION<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1) \u00a0<\/strong>Description of Services and Location: Janitorial, Cleaning and Hygiene Services to the African Court in Arusha, Tanzania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2) &nbsp;<\/strong>Currency of Quotation: Tanzanian shilling (The United Nations operational exchange rate will be used to convert the quotation received in foreign currency).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3) &nbsp;<\/strong>Services are to commence on 01 May 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4) &nbsp;<\/strong>Quotations must be valid for Sixty (60) days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6) &nbsp;<\/strong>Quotations must be received, in sealed envelopes, no later than: <strong>18:00hrs on 31 March 2024 (Arusha, Tanzania local time).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7) \u00a0<\/strong>Quotations must be returned to: Email: tender@african-court.org<br><strong>(The maximum size of attachments is 25 MB.
