A delega\u00e7\u00e3o era composta pela Ju\u00edza Imani Daud ABOUD, Presidente do Tribunal, pelo Juiz Modibo SACKO, Vice-Presidente, e pelos funcion\u00e1rios do Cart\u00f3rio do Tribunal.<\/p>\n\n<p>O objectivo principal desta visita de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o foi iniciar um di\u00e1logo construtivo com o Governo de Cabo Verde, a fim de incentiv\u00e1-lo a considerar a ratifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Protocolo que estatui o Tribunal Africano e a depositar a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o nos termos do n.\u00ba 6 do artigo 34.\u00ba do Protocolo.<\/p>\n\n<p>A delega\u00e7\u00e3o do Tribunal manteve encontros com altos funcion\u00e1rios do Governo, incluindo o Presidente da Rep\u00fablica, Jos\u00e9 Maria NEVES<\/p>\n\n<p>O Governo de Cabo Verde comprometeu-se a avaliar o pedido do Tribunal Africano e a iniciar um di\u00e1logo com as partes interessadas em direitos humanos no pa\u00eds a respeito desse assunto<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><u>NOTA PARA OS EDITORES<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>O Tribunal \u00e9 composto por onze Ju\u00edzes, cidad\u00e3os dos Estados Membros da Uni\u00e3o Africana, eleitos em fun\u00e7\u00e3o das suas capacidades individuais. <strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Tribunal re\u00fane-se quatro vezes por ano em Sess\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria, e em Sess\u00e3o
