Perfect command of Portuguese Language is prefered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knowledge of one or several other African Union working Languages will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leadership skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the African human rights system;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical skills and ability to prepare legal submissions, opinions and motions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under minimum supervision;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public relations and communication;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacity to manage a multicultural team;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpersonal skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drafting and argumentative skills in one of the African Union working languages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning and organizational skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literacy. <strong>Leadership Competencies<\/strong> Strategic Insight &#8230;.
