{"id":13523,"date":"2022-10-20T14:21:59","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T11:21:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.african-court.org\/afchpr\/?p=13523"},"modified":"2022-11-01T18:36:03","modified_gmt":"2022-11-01T15:36:03","slug":"la-cour-africaine-effectue-une-visite-de-sensibilisation-en-republique-federale-democratique-dethiopie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.african-court.org\/afchpr\/la-cour-africaine-effectue-une-visite-de-sensibilisation-en-republique-federale-democratique-dethiopie\/?lang=fr","title":{"rendered":"LA COUR AFRICAINE EFFECTUE UNE VISITE DE SENSIBILISATION EN R\u00c9PUBLIQUE F\u00c9D\u00c9RALE D\u00c9MOCRATIQUE D&#8217;ETHIOPIE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>L&#8217;Honorable Juge Imani Daud Aboud, Pr\u00e9sidente de la Cour africaine, a conduit une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation en \u00c9thiopie du 2 au 6 octobre 2022 dans le cadre d&#8217;une visite de sensibilisation et a rencontr\u00e9 des responsables cl\u00e9s, notamment le ministre de la Justice, l&#8217;Honorable Gideon Timotheos, le ministre d&#8217;\u00c9tat, ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, l&#8217;Ambassadeur Tesfaye Yilma, le Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour supr\u00eame f\u00e9d\u00e9rale \u00e9thiopienne, l&#8217;Honorable Meaza Ashenafi, et le Commissaire en chef de la Commission \u00e9thiopienne des droits de l&#8217;homme, le Dr Daniel Bekele.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>La Cour, en collaboration avec le gouvernement \u00e9thiopien et la Commission \u00e9thiopienne des droits de l&#8217;homme, a \u00e9galement organis\u00e9 un s\u00e9minaire de sensibilisation destin\u00e9 aux parties prenantes des droits de l&#8217;homme, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 rehauss\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sence du ministre d&#8217;\u00c9tat, ministre de la Justice, S.E. Fekadu Tsega. La formation a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9e aux OSC. Un protocole d&#8217;accord, le premier du genre, a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 entre la Cour et la Cour supr\u00eame f\u00e9d\u00e9rale d&#8217;\u00c9thiopie en vue d&#8217;un partage
