{"id":10891,"date":"2022-04-04T16:29:54","date_gmt":"2022-04-04T13:29:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.african-court.org\/afchpr\/eleicao-e-nomeacao-dos-dois-novos-juizes-do-tribunal-africano-dos-direitos-do-homem-e-dos-povos-tafdhp\/"},"modified":"2022-04-05T12:16:20","modified_gmt":"2022-04-05T09:16:20","slug":"eleicao-e-nomeacao-dos-dois-novos-juizes-do-tribunal-africano-dos-direitos-do-homem-e-dos-povos-tafdhp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.african-court.org\/afchpr\/eleicao-e-nomeacao-dos-dois-novos-juizes-do-tribunal-africano-dos-direitos-do-homem-e-dos-povos-tafdhp\/?lang=pt-pt","title":{"rendered":"ELEI\u00c7\u00c3O E NOMEA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS DOIS NOVOS JU\u00cdZES DO TRIBUNAL AFRICANO DOS DIREITOS DO HOMEM E DOS POVOS (TAfDHP)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A Comiss\u00e3o da Uni\u00e3o Africana apresenta os seus cumprimentos \u00e0s Miss\u00f5es Permanentes de todos os Estados Membros junto da Uni\u00e3o Africana e tem a honra de fazer refer\u00eancia \u00e0 composi\u00e7\u00e3o do Tribunal Africano dos Direitos Humanos e dos Povos (TADHP)<br>A Comiss\u00e3o tem a honra de informar \u00e0s estimadas Miss\u00f5es Permanentes que os mandatos dos seguintes Ju\u00edzes do TADHP expiram em Julho de 2022:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sr.\u00aa <strong>Marie-Theresa MUKAMULISA*<\/strong> (a ocupar o assento rotativo) de <strong>Ruanda<\/strong> eleita em Junho de 2016 para um mandato de seis (6) anos<\/li><li>Sr.\u00aa <strong>Ntyam ONDO MENGUE*<\/strong> de Camar\u00f5es eleita em Junho de 2016 para um mandato de seis (6) anos term<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Por conseguinte, a Comiss\u00e3o informa \u00e0s estimadas Miss\u00f5es Permanentes que a elei\u00e7\u00e3o e nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de dois (2) novos Ju\u00edzes ser\u00e1 feita durante a 41.\u00aa Sess\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria do Conselho Executivo agendada para Junho\/Julho de 2022.<br>Face ao exposto, a Comiss\u00e3o gostaria de convidar os ESTADOS PARTES do Protocolo \u00e0 Carta Africana dos Direitos Humanos e dos Povos sobre a Cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um Tribunal Africano dos Direitos Humanos e dos Povos (Protocolo) a submeterem as suas candidaturas\/nomea\u00e7\u00f5es acompanhadas de Curricula Vitae (CV)<br>dos candidatos EM ENVELOPE SELADO ENDERE\u00c7ADO E ENVIADO PARA O GABINETE DO CONSELHEIRO JUR\u00cdDICO DA COMISS\u00c3O DA UA, O MAIS TARDAR AT\u00c9 AO DIA <strong>31 DE MAIO DE 2022.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para al\u00e9m disso, os CV n\u00e3o devem ter mais do que tr\u00eas (3) p\u00e1ginas, com espa\u00e7amento simples e devem ser apresentados em pelo menos duas (2) l\u00ednguas de trabalho da Uni\u00e3o. <br>Um formato modelo dos CV figura em anexo para facilitar a refer\u00eancia.
