Todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre como redigir uma peti\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser encontradas em \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.african-court.org\/afchpr\/tramitacao-de-processos\/?lang=pt-pt\">Como apresentar um processo<\/a>\u201d. A peti\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 recebida no Cart\u00f3rio e o Escriv\u00e3o verifica se todos os documentos necess\u00e1rios foram enviados.<\/p>\n<p>Logo que o Escriv\u00e3o tenha-se certificado de que todos os documentos necess\u00e1rios foram enviados, estes s\u00e3o transmitidos ao Estado Demandado.<\/p>\n<p>No caso de ainda haver documentos ou provas em faltam, o Escriv\u00e3o solicita ao Peticion\u00e1rio para fornecer as informa\u00e7\u00f5es em falta.<br \/>O Estado Demandado \u00e9 ent\u00e3o concedido sessenta (60) dias para apresentar a sua contesta\u00e7\u00e3o. Caso o Estado Demandado apresente uma contesta\u00e7\u00e3o, esta \u00e9 ent\u00e3o transmitida ao Peticion\u00e1rio para este, no prazo de trinta (30) dias, apresentar a sua r\u00e9plica.<\/p>\n<p>O Tribunal pode, por iniciativa pr\u00f3pria ou a pedido de uma das partes, decidir realizar audi\u00eancias p\u00fablicas. O Tribunal profere o seu ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o depois de deliberar sobre o processo. Ap\u00f3s a prola\u00e7\u00e3o do ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o, uma c\u00f3pia autenticada do mesmo \u00e9 transmitida \u00e0s partes, aos Estados Membros da Uni\u00e3o Africana e \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o de Banjul. Uma vez notificadas as partes, a Comiss\u00e3o da UA e os Estados Membros da decis\u00e3o, o Estado Demandado deve apresentar relat\u00f3rios peri\u00f3dicos ao Tribunal sobre a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o, se for o caso, dentro dos prazos estipulados na parte dispositiva do ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os Peticion\u00e1rios tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o incentivados a apresentar as suas observa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos ac\u00f3rd\u00e3os. Para efeitos de execu\u00e7\u00e3o do ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o, as partes podem solicitar ao Tribunal a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o de elementos espec\u00edficos contidos na parte dispositiva do ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, cabe ao Tribunal decidir se ir\u00e1 ou n\u00e3o dar provimento ao pedido. Caso as partes descubram nova prova tamb\u00e9m podem apresentar um requerimento a solicitar a reaprecia\u00e7\u00e3o de um processo.
