La Cour a, par la suite, r\u00e9vis\u00e9 ladite politique en 2020 et 2024.<\/p><p>La Politique en mati\u00e8re de stage pr\u00e9voit diff\u00e9rentes possibilit\u00e9s de stages pour les \u00e9tudiants, les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s, les jeunes volontaires de l\u2019UA, les boursiers, les chercheurs et les professionnels d\u00e9tach\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de la Cour par les \u00c9tats membres et les organes de l\u2019UA. Les stages visent \u00e0 permettre aux candidats d\u2019avoir une meilleure compr\u00e9hension du travail de la Cour, de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et connaissances et d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences, de s\u2019impr\u00e9gner des pratiques de travail actuelles de la Cour, d\u2019accro\u00eetre les opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement et de progression de carri\u00e8re et d\u2019\u00e9tablir des r\u00e9seaux.<\/p><p>Les stages peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s sous un format hybride, \u00e0 savoir en pr\u00e9sentiel (au si\u00e8ge de la Cour), \u00e0 distance\/en ligne et les deux options cons\u00e9cutivement.
