On 7 January this year, the German Federal Commissioner for Human Rights Policy and Humanitarian Aid, Günter Nooke, paid a courtesy visit to the Court, sitting in Tanapa. On this occasion he expressed his solidarity with the AfCHPR and recommended strengthening cooperation with the Court's current and potential partners, as well as preparing an efficient communications strategy to raise the Court's profile in Africa and internationally.
