AFRICAN COURT ON HUMAN AND PEOPLES’ RIGHTS TO RENDER DECISIONS ON 10 MATTERS ON THURSDAY 28 SEPTEMBER 2017

Arusha, 25 September, 2017: The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR) will render 10 decisions on Thursday 28 September 2017 at its seat in Arusha, Tanzania, in the following matters:

1. Application for Interpretation of Judgment- 001/2017 in Alex Thomas v. United Republic of Tanzania

2. Application for Interpretation of Judgment - 002/2017 in Mohamed Abubakari v United Republic of Tanzania

3. Application for Interpretation of Judgment Application 003/2017-APDH v. Republic of Côte D’Ivoire

4. Application 003/2015 Kennedy Owino - Onyachi v United Republic of Tanzania

5. Application 011/2015 - Christopher Jonas v. The United Republic of Tanzania

6. Application 009/2016 Mamadou Diakite v Republic of Mali

7. Advisory Opinion –002/2014 RADDHO

8. Advisory Opinion 002/2015-Centre for Human Rights and Coalition for African Lesbians

9. Advisory Opinion 001/2016 Centre for Human Rights, Federation of Women Lawyers’ Kenya and Others

10. Advisory Opinion 002/2016 ASADHO

The decisions will be rendered in the Kibo Hall at the AfCHPR premises at the Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA) building, Burka area, along Dodoma Road, at 10:00hrs (East African time) and members of the public are invited.

Union elected in their individual capacity.
