Tunis, 05 December 2018: The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights will deliver four Judgments on Friday (7 December 2018) at the close of their four-week sitting of the 51st Ordinary Session in Tunis, Republic of Tunisia.

Arusha, 23 November, 2018: The Republic of The Gambia has made the declaration required under Article 34(6) of the Protocol to allow NGOs and individuals to access the African Court directly.

Arusha, 04 November, 2018: The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR) will begin its 51st Ordinary Session from 12 November to 7 December 2018 in Tunis, Republic of Tunisia.

Arusha, 18 September 2018: The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR) will render three Judgments on Friday, 21 September 2018, at its seat in Arusha, Tanzania.

Arusha, 28 August, 2018: The President and the Vice President  of  the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR), Hon Justice Sylvain Oré from Côte d’Ivoire and Hon Justice Ben Kioko from Kenya  respectively, have been re-elected for the second and final term of two years to lead the Bureau. 

Arusha, 21 August, 2018: The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR) will begin its 50th Ordinary Session on Monday, 27 August 2018, at its seat in Arusha, the United Republic of Tanzania.
